Today we celebrate and honor all of the hardworking women who have made strides in the storage industry, as well as every other industry.
For centuries, women were looked at as 'less than' when compared to men. It wasn't until 1919, that the women's suffrage movement finally made strides against restrictive legislation, granting some women the right to vote. Progress continued as more women entered the workforce, aiding in the efforts of WWII. As women were more accepted in society, the standards of what defined a woman were challenged and adapted. The strength, intelligence, and perseverance of girls and women all over the world have led to modern-day equality.
There is still work to do, but APB Storage is proud of and grateful for women everywhere, every day.
