A $19 Administrative Fee is charged during the checkout process. This fee covers all necessary documentation, processing, and other expenses required for a new rental. We also require every unit to be covered by a Tenant Protection plan or your own insurance policy. To learn more about this policy, please visit our FAQ page. We require a copy of any stored vehicle's title and insurance. You'll be unable to place your vehicle in storage until these are provided to our office, either in person or digitally.
